WHY INNERCAMP PERFORMANCE

Performance starts with the nervous system

Modern work asks people to stay focused, creative, emotionally available, and decisive — often under continuous pressure.

InnerCamp Performance helps teams develop the inner capacity to meet that pressure with more clarity, energy, and connection. Through guided breathwork, somatic practice, and practical integration, participants learn to regulate their state, release accumulated stress, and return to work with greater presence.

The Method

The Holosomatic Method®

A registered protocol for working with the nervous system as a whole. Four components move a team from pressure to performance — experienced first, understood second, measured third.

  • 01

    Breathwork

Breathing techniques that shift your state in a few minutes. You practise them until you can use them without help. One before a hard conversation. Another when your energy drops in the afternoon. A bad meeting stops setting the tone for the rest of the day.

  • 02

    Somatic regulation

Pressure shows up in the body first. Shoulders that never drop. Breathing that stays shallow. Still switched on hours after you log off. People learn to catch it early and clear it, so recovery keeps up with the work and the team starts the next quarter restored.

  • 03

    Measurement

Three short surveys: before the session, at the end, and 30 days later. WHO-5 and PSS-10, both validated and in common use. Participants see their own results. You receive the team's, at group level.

  • 04

    Practical integration

Everyone leaves with a one-page map: which technique, for which moment. Before a meeting. After a difficult conversation. During heavy workload. Built during the session, and theirs to keep.

Measurement

Every engagement is measured

Most wellbeing programmes report satisfaction. We report change — using the same validated instruments your HR and occupational-health teams already work with, before the session and again weeks later. What shifted lands on the page.

What we measure

A short pulse at three points: a baseline before the session, a state read at close, and a follow-up 30 days later. The close captures the shift in the room. The follow-up shows what held.

  • Stress level
  • Recovery state
  • Emotional regulation
  • Team connection*
  • Energy
  • Focus and clarity
  • Readiness to perform
  • Psychological safety*

Same-day items measure state — how people feel in the room. Wellbeing, connection, and safety (*) move over weeks, so we report them at follow-up, never as a same-day claim. We report only what a before-and-after can support — and we say so. That discipline is exactly why the numbers hold up when procurement and finance push back.

Post-session

  • Stress −38%
  • Energy +44%
  • Emotional Regulation +37%
  • Focus & Clarity +54%

How it works

A clear path from pressure to performance

  • 01

    Align

We clarify team context, desired outcomes, participant profile, and best-fit program.

  • 02

    Measure

Participants complete a short pre-session pulse before the experience begins.

  • 03

    Experience

Your team is guided through breathwork, somatic practice, education, and reflection.

  • 04

    Integrate

Participants translate the experience into practical tools for meetings, pressure, and recovery.

  • 05

    Report

You receive a clear outcome summary with key shifts, insights, and recommended next steps.

After the session

What happens after the room

A single day changes state. What people practise in the weeks after is what changes capacity. Every programme extends past the room — built to run inside a working day, not alongside it.

  • 01 Day 1

    21-Day Holosomatic® Activation

A structured digital follow-up that converts the live session into a daily practice. Guided breathwork, somatic sequences, and recorded sessions, completed at each participant's own pace.

  • 02 Days 1–21

    Team integration

Targeted follow-up for the people who set the pace. Regulation, recovery, and steadiness applied to how they actually run meetings, handle conflict, and decide under load. A reinforcement layer built on the session itself.

  • 03 Ongoing

    Measurement over time

Results tracked across teams and programmes, with the same instruments each time. Every group compares directly to the last, and the picture across the organisation gets sharper year on year.

Clear answers for internal alignment

The questions HR, procurement, legal and employee representatives raise before a pilot — answered here, so the internal review can run while we scope.

Fit & outcome

01Who is this for?

Teams and leadership groups working under sustained load — a demanding delivery period, a restructuring, a quarter that will not slow down. Sponsors are typically Heads of People, CHROs, or the business leader who owns the team's results.

Cohorts run from a single team of up to 10 to a closed executive group of 8. Most engagements begin with one cohort as a pilot, then extend across teams once internal results are in.

02What does a session involve?

A structured on-site session led by a senior facilitator. Participants learn a small set of breathing and regulation techniques, practise them under realistic pressure, and build a one-page map of which technique to use in which moment.

Sessions are seated, in normal work clothes, in a standard meeting room. No prior experience is needed.

03What is the evidence base?

The techniques draw on peer-reviewed research on controlled breathing and stress physiology, including Balban et al. (2023, Stanford) and Fincham et al. (2023). Outcomes are measured with WHO-5 and PSS-10, two validated instruments already in use across occupational health.

We report what the instruments show, including where change is small or absent. Full references are in the methodology pack.

04How is it measured?

Three short surveys: a baseline before the session, a read at close, and a follow-up 30 days later. The close captures the shift in the room. The follow-up shows what held.

Same-day items measure state. Wellbeing and stress are reported at follow-up only.

05What do we get back, and when?

A cohort report within ten working days of the 30-day follow-up: baseline, close and follow-up scores at group level, with a short set of recommendations. Capacity and Readiness include a management-ready version with extended analysis.

Participants see their own results directly. A sample report is walked through on the scoping call.

Compliance & risk

06Is this a medical or therapeutic intervention?

It is training. It sits alongside, and separate from, any medical or psychological care your people receive. Facilitators make no diagnosis and give no treatment.

Anyone under current medical or psychological care is asked to check suitability with their clinician before taking part.

07Will individual results be shared with us?

Never. You receive group-level results only, and we report no item where fewer than five people responded. Individual responses are held by InnerCamp, and each participant sees their own.

That confidentiality is what makes participants answer openly, and what makes the group data worth acting on.

08How is participant data handled?

Survey responses are collected by InnerCamp as data controller, on the basis of each participant's explicit consent. Your organisation receives aggregates only. Individual responses are deleted 90 days after the follow-up.

An Art. 28 data processing agreement, the processor list and full data-flow documentation are provided to your data protection officer at onboarding. The data privacy notice is linked in the footer.

09What do our employee representatives need?

Where your works council or employee representative body needs to review the programme, we provide the documentation for it: session format, data collected, how participation is protected, and facilitation standards.

This is prepared on request, ahead of delivery, so approval can run in parallel with scoping.

Credentials & logistics

10Who delivers the sessions?

A named senior facilitator, confirmed at contract. All facilitators are trained and certified against the Holosomatic Method® standard — a CPD-accredited programme and member school of the International Breathwork Foundation.

Every session runs with a defined participant-to-facilitator ratio and a written protocol for anyone who needs support during the session. Professional indemnity insurance is in place and the certificate is available on request.

11What is included in the price, and what is not?

Programme fees cover facilitation, the three-point measurement, the cohort report and the personal technique map. Travel and venue are charged at cost. The 21-Day Holosomatic® Activation is licensed per participant as an add-on for Reset and Capacity, and included in Readiness.

Prices are shown excluding VAT and confirmed after the scoping call. Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost up to 30 days before delivery. For changes within 14 days of delivery, half the programme fee is due.

12Which languages, and where can you deliver?

Delivery across Europe in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Greek, Romanian, Ukrainian and Russian. German and English are standard for DACH engagements.

WHO-5 and PSS-10 are used in their validated German versions. Reporting and works-council documentation can be provided in German where required.
